Dr. Neelam Seam is a qualified academician, has 18 years of teaching experience. She is B.A (Hons) and M.A in political Science from the University of Delhi. She has done her M.PhiL from Kurukshetra University and completed her PhD from the Singhania University. She is also LL.B from Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar University.
She has vast experience of conducting Seminar, Workshops, FDPs, Awareness Programmes etc. She has presented 37 research papers at various National as well as International Seminars / Conferences. Besides, she has published 27 papers at National / International Journals, chapters in edited books. She has received many appreciation letters from the institutions for conducting the National and International Seminar and Conferences.
