MSLR requests the contributors to kindly comply with the below mentioned submission guidelines:

1. Manuscript should contain a minimum of 4000- 5000 words along with the abstract (300- 400 words), keywords and the author(s) details.

2. Covering Letter: A covering letter with the name(s) of the author(s) and address, designation, institution/affiliation, the title of the manuscript and contact information (email, phone, etc.) must be attached along with the manuscript.

3. Originality of Manuscripts: All the contributions must be the original work of the contributors and should not have been submitted for consideration in any other Journal. Any plagiarized work will be out-rightly rejected. 

4. Fonts and Headings: Manuscript should be in Times New Roman 12 point font with line spacing 1.5.        

             a. Main Title should be in full capitals, bold and centered 16 point font.         b. Sub-titles should be in sentence case, bold and 12 point font.        

             c. Author’s names should be in small capitals and centered 14 point font.        

             d. Footnotes should strictly in ILI format and no references should be used.

5.  Citation Format: Author(s) are suggested to use footnotes rather than endnotes. For citation one can refer to latest edition of Indian Law Institutes Citation Guidelines, which can be accessed here.

6. Copyright: MSLR respects the hard work and Intellectual Property Rights of the original Author(s) and so, you all are requested to submit only the original manuscript of which you would be having the complete rights. Any kind of plagiarism, as per our law is a serious offence, which won’t be accepted. It is our duty, as per the Copyright Act, to respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement submitted by rights owners in accordance with the notice and take down procedures. In case any plagiarised content is published by mistake by us, then the same shall be taken down with immediate effect. In case of any inadvertent plagiarism Authors shall be solely responsible for the acts.

7.  Copyright Agreement Form: The Copyright Agreement is present in the G Form, which the Author(s) have to fill while submitting the form. Only those manuscripts will be selected who have agreed to our copyright terms mentioned in the form.

8. How to Submit: All submissions are to be made through the G Form shared in MS Word format strictly.

9. Processing Fees: Processing fees will be taken by only those Author(s) whose manuscript will be selected. In case, any payment made in advance, and the paper is not selected for publication, will be returned back to the Author(s). In case, the paper is selected and processing fees is charged, proper receipt will be provided to the Author(s) via mail.

10. Printed Copy: In case, the Author(s) requests for printed copy, the publication and posting charges will be born by the Author(s) only.

Note: Authors who do not follow these guidelines may have their submission returned to them without being reviewed.
